Terms of Service

By accessing or using OwlGrid's API or dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms are entered into between you (the "Customer") and OwlGrid.

OwlGrid provides one-time-passcode (OTP) verification infrastructure, delivering codes to end users via WhatsApp, SMS, or Telegram, with automatic fallback between channels. This Service is currently offered on an Egypt-only basis.

Access to the Service requires an API key issued through the OwlGrid console. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity that occurs under them. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your API keys.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited, fraudulent, or deceptive messages of any kind.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

When you use OwlGrid to deliver verification codes over the WhatsApp channel, you (the Customer) are solely responsible for obtaining valid, documented opt-in consent from your own end users, in accordance with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and any other applicable Meta platform policies. OwlGrid is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, your failure to obtain such consent, including any resulting suspension of your access to the WhatsApp channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OwlGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. OwlGrid's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to OwlGrid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or fail to obtain required end-user consent under Section 5. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use it and, if applicable, requesting deletion of your data via our Data Deletion Instructions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
